An Administrator
Administration is said to be a work taken tactfully through the staff. It has
to plane all the resources (men and material ) available .Then comes organization. That is to
bring each  and  everything at its proper  place through the staff working under an
administrator .It may be called coordination of work .Proper staff has to be
kept for every activity  in assigned work
.Staff should be kept satisfied .Then only they 
may prove the worth .Financial requirements should be fulfilled .Budgeting
is also required .Proper record of the work 
done and the activities dealt with should be  available and 
administrator should be well informed of it .A good administrator in
spite of other activities has to be watchful and should give guidance when
required .
